We campaign on current issues and provide feedback to the government on the effects of social policy. We also work within local communities and with other agencies to meet information and advice needs, and are committed to working for equal opportunities and to eliminating prejudice and discrimination. We are a voluntary organisation, with charitable status, and have a Management Committee who are responsible for bureau direction, policy, finance and employment of staff. We use a volunteer workforce who deliver the front line advice services. A paid staff team – Manager, Session Supervisor and Reception/Admin, who support the volunteer staff.
