St John's Hospital Project

The aim of this project is to proactively reduce levels of worry and distress to patients that are suddenly/unexpectedly admitted to or attending Outpatients at St John’s Hospital, Livingston.  

We work in close partnership with West Lothian Council and NHS Lothian on this project.   Patients will be able to access free, independent, confidential advice, information and advocacy.

Referrals can be made through the Citizens Advice Bureau West Lothian on 01506 444814 and the Advice Shop on 01506 283000 or alternatively complete a self-referral form available at the reception information desk at the hospital.
