Financial Inclusion Adviser

About this role

This role will provide an independent and impartial financial inclusion service for clients who are in crisis, living in poverty and/or impacted by cost of living crisis.  The focus will be on reducing poverty and supporting people to have more control over their finances.  This will be a challenging role which will require effective prioritising and time management skills. Working closely with colleagues the postholder will ensure that clients are given a high-quality holistic service.    The role will involve delivering outreach in communities across West Lothian.

The successful applicant will have experience in advice work and experience of delivery money related advice such as income maximisation, money advice/budgeting and have experience of working to quality standards.   They should be client focused and experience on managing a busy caseload.
