Citizens Advice Bureau – Change to service delivery
Service at Shiel House, Craigshill, Livingston

Due to essential building work the Bureau will be re-locating to the first floor in Shiel House for a 4 month period.  Unfortunately, it will not have access for disabled clients as it will not have a lift.
Any clients with access difficulties or clients who will be unable to manage 2 flights of stairs should: -

  • Call the appointments line on 01506 431061 and to book an appointment.  We will be running an appointment service in Craigsfarm on a Thursday for clients who have access difficulties.  The service is by appointment only.
